We have a modular approach to providing information, imparting knowledge and training delivered by professionals and experts in their fields during three workshops.

Workshop are interactive, challenging and provide excellent networking opportunities. Each module is conducted during evenings and weekends to fit in with busy diaries during the working week, and in pleasant and relaxing surroundings to enhance the learning experience.

Module 2: Building Trust and

Relationships

Contracts, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions require strategic, technical and tactical measures in order to build trust and relationships. It is important to understand how to deal with customs and excise matters and officials, regulations, and business practices, but above all, the people and communities in overseas markets. Topics include:

Module 3: Coaching and Mentoring

Depending on the level and stage at which your business is at in terms of international trade, we undertake an in-depth diagnostic of your business, before coaching and mentoring you on your trade and investment journey, either on a one to one basis, or in small groups. We have a three stage process, as below:

  • Assisting with basic business planning, legal, accounting and market research activities
  • Mentoring on detailed business requirements, such as book keeping; records and accounting, ICT support, payroll and back office support
  • Coaching on branding and marketing,

potential partners, agents, distributors, taxation and joint venture structure

Our coaching and mentoring support is undertaken on-site and in small groups and also entails overseas visits as part of bespoke or Government and various business associations organised trade delegations.

This project focusing on Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, will have a two level shopping centre, roof top banqueting and London Eye at 150m high, (highest in the world).

 

New Airport Tamale, Ghana

 

Designs have been prepared for a large international airport at Tamale that would transform aviation in Africa.

 

Smart City Project in India

 

We have a Memorandum of Understanding with the Gujarat Government for the design and delivery of a smart city near Ahmedabad.

 

Zero Carbon City in Gangneung , South Korea

 

We have prepared a masterplan for a zero carbon city in Gangneung, South Korea, where the winter Olympics will be held in 2018. The Master plan has been approved and a Memorandum of Understanding has been signed to progress development rights with the Government of South Korea.

 

Invest Nepal

 

We are leading the concept and plan for developing a private, public and various governments funded investment strategy for the development of Nepal’s economy.

 

 

 

Mangla Stone Group (Delhi)

 

We have developed a market entry strategy into the UK and Europe for the Mangla Stone Group in Delhi, including sourcing joint venture partners for their quality marble and granite products.
